Charisma Can Be Trained

Many people believe that charisma is a “gift from above” — that you’re either born with it or you’re not.
But recent studies prove otherwise: charisma is like a muscle. While some are naturally gifted, it can absolutely be developed and strengthened.

Now there’s a way to train charisma — proven by research.

Introducing an innovative VR-based (virtual reality) system.

We all know how important rehearsal is. Now you can rehearse virtually — again and again.
Step onto a virtual stage in front of 1,000 people. Practice. Improve. Become more charismatic.

Me and Simulators

As a reserve Major in the Israeli Air Force and a former UAV operator (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle — what used to be called drones), I spent years training in a flight simulator. I saw firsthand the power of effective simulation training.

These simulators were essential learning tools. I visited them often — to try, to take risks, to push boundaries, and to train for the toughest scenarios.
And it worked.

Inspired by my Air Force instructors, I developed and designed the Charismulator — a virtual reality simulator for public speaking. It allows you to train effectively, review your performance, receive feedback, and improve fast.

Me and Charisma

Very few people are naturally charismatic from the moment they’re born. Sure, we envy them — I still do sometimes.
But I took a different path: I learned how to be charismatic.

After years on stage, working with speakers, and through academic research that confirmed charisma can be improved, I realized something:
Charisma is like a muscle. You may be born with some of it — but with the right tools and the willingness to train, you can absolutely develop it.

Why Charisma?

Because charismatic people know how to capture attention and sell their message — whether it’s a product, a service, an idea, or even themselves.

What Is the Charismulator?

A focused training session using VR glasses that helps you boost your charisma in just 75 minutes.

How Does It Work?

You come to our office. After a short coaching conversation, you put on the VR headset and face a virtual audience of 1,000 people.
You’ll practice delivering parts of your talk or a short self-introduction, and go through three targeted exercises designed to increase your charisma.
By the end, you’ll feel the difference: more confidence and practical tools for speaking in front of a real audience.

Just like in the Air Force, we’ll review your performance using video, debrief together, and fine-tune the feedback — so you can keep growing

How Do We Know It Actually Works?

When I decided to write my thesis as part of my M.A. in Organizational Consulting at Reichman University, I knew it had to focus on the elusive field of charisma.

Over several months, I developed — together with a programmer — a virtual reality tool: a charisma simulator designed to help even those who fear public speaking to practice, improve, and grow.

It’s hard to put into words the excitement I felt when the research results came in — and showed that charisma can be improved.
Not just in how the speakers felt, but in how they were rated by external observers.

The Research at a Glance:

As part of the study, 121 participants trained with the Charismulator and were recorded on video.
Those videos were shown to 355 American viewers who don’t speak Hebrew — and were asked to rate the speakers’ charisma.
The findings showed a statistically significant improvement in perceived charisma after the training — proving it wasn’t random.
