Nice to meet you – Rotem Shavit

Owner and CEO of TalkMaster – and this is my story.

A good story begins… with a good story. And then it has to continue – that’s what I do.
I find your good stories, big or small, and help you become great storytellers.

To inspire, to captivate –
and because once we’re inside the story, the audience stops being scary.

And where am I in this story?
Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to be seen…

Each of us still carries that little child who wants to be seen – to feel significant in the world. In our personal story, there’s always a tiny spark, a clue, to our role in life. If we just know how to find it and shape the story – that’s where the magic happens. I see it all the time with my clients.

Who am I?
You could say I’m a Storyseller (yes, that “s” is on purpose), a speaker, and a coach in public speaking and charisma development.
I’m also the founder of TalkMaster, and during the chaos of COVID, I developed the Charismulator – a charisma improvement simulator in virtual reality, which I researched for my thesis.
My mission is to help people and businesses be seen. To step into the spotlight and tell their story – so they can achieve their goals.

And in the midst of all that, I’m also a mother to Aviv (born on Passover) and Ofir (born on Purim) – both names end with an “ee” sound, because you smile when you say them (it’s okay if you tried it… everyone does). I’m married to Or, who doesn’t have an “ee” sound in his name – but does have killer dimples.

Besides that, I’m a reserve Major in the Israeli Air Force, a former owner of a portrait photography studio specializing in branding and on-camera presence (which is why I’m a stickler for presentations, camera speaking, and Zooms), and I lead extreme photography trips on snowmobiles in Lapland.

And for those who love certificates:
I hold an MA in Organizational Consulting from Reichman University (thesis on charisma development in virtual reality),
a BA in Psychology and Humanities from Tel Aviv University,
as well as certifications in Photo Therapy, NLP, and Positive Psychology.
Oh – and I’m also a graduate of the Stand-Up Comedy course at the Camel Comedy Club (because I had to find a stage that really scared me).
